Due to a national shortage of NPORS instructors and unprecedented demand for plant training, we are now welcoming instructors from alternative awarding bodies to join our team and transfer across to become an NPORS Instructor.
We will support you through the transition process.

- Hold an NPORS Operator Card
- Have multiple plant categories (excavator, dumper, roller, telehandler etc.)
- Have strong industry experience
- Want to move off the tools and into training
We are open to training the right candidate to become a qualified NPORS Instructor.
