If you’re booking an Experienced Worker Test (EWT), every candidate will be professionally profiled before the assessment. Candidates must demonstrate sufficient practical operating experience and may be asked about previous training, qualifications and the types of tracked dumpers they have operated.
If insufficient evidence of previous operating experience or training is provided, the instructor may refuse the Experienced Worker Test and recommend refresher or novice training instead.
