Terms & Conditions for Price Match Guarantee – NPORS Experienced Worker Tests
1. Eligibility Criteria:
- The price match guarantee applies exclusively to NPORS (National Plant Operators Registration Scheme) Experienced Worker Tests Only.
- The competitor’s quote must be for a comparable NPORS Experienced Worker Test, including the same certification, course content, and assessment criteria.
- Price match applies only to courses offered within the UK by accredited NPORS providers.
- The tests are to be carried out at Vally Plant Trainings Centre in Tewkesbury, unless stated otherwise.
2. Like-for-Like Training:
- The training offered by the competitor must be of the same quality and duration as the training provided by Vally Plant Training.
- The competitor’s course must offer the same level of instruction, training materials, and access to equipment as provided by Vally Plant Training.
- The course must be delivered by NPORS-accredited instructors, and the certification must be valid for the same duration.
3. Proof of Price:
- To qualify for the price match, you must provide a written quote from the competitor.
- The competitor’s quoted price must be current and verifiable.
- Price match requests must be made before booking your course with Vally Plant Training.
4. Exclusions:
- The price match guarantee does not apply to special promotions, discounts, vouchers, or offers from competitors.
- The guarantee does not cover group bookings, corporate discounts, or any bulk training offers.
- Prices from auction websites, membership-only websites, or third-party resellers are excluded.
5. Limitations:
- The price match guarantee is subject to availability and cannot be combined with any other offer from Vally Plant Training.
- Vally Plant Training reserves the right to verify the competitor’s price and course details before honouring the price match guarantee.
