The witness confirms regular observation of the candidate’s work, demonstrating safe and effective use of the Telehandler, full understanding of site procedures, machine operation, attachments, and application of work activities carried out as part of normal day-to-day duties.
Professional Discussion
- A professional one-to-one discussion is conducted between the candidate and the NVQ assessor, during which the candidate explains how they meet the required occupational standards for Telehandler operation. The discussion covers the work activities carried out, the methods used to complete tasks safely and efficiently, and the reasoning behind their working practices on site with the Telehandler and attachments.
