The category with the lowest daily test allowance sets the total capacity. If the day includes a 360 excavator assessment, the maximum is four tests altogether.
For example, a contractor could book one excavator assessment, two forward tipping dumper assessments and one ride-on roller assessment.

One Operator, Two Categories
Two experienced employees could each take an excavator assessment and a dumper assessment.
That is two people but four tests, using the full daily capacity for a booking that includes excavator assessment.
The number of tests matters more than the number of people attending. A roller-only experienced assessment day can accommodate up to six tests, but adding an excavator reduces the whole day’s maximum to four.

Keep the Booking Practical and Cost-Effective
When you have several experienced operators, an on-site group visit is usually the cheapest overall option. You share the instructor visit and reduce separate journeys to a training centre.
We will need the machines ready and candidates available at the agreed times. An assessment day works best when employees can concentrate on their tests rather than being called back to normal duties.
